Design

The villas are conceptually designed based on style, uniqueness and strength while observing the local building regulations.

Approximately 350 square metres of living area, with much space for future expansion and modification. Enjoyment of the spectacular seaview is considered in every area of the three floors. Orientation of each villa in the project ensures minimal or no obstruction of sea view. On the first floor, one is elevated to enjoy the stunning sea view. A skylight allows the beautiful tropical sunshine to light up the cosy living room and dining area.

One can relax on the deck of the second floor where there is an infinity swimming pool, sala and plenty of space to enjoy a refreshing sunbath. Two of the bedrooms are also found on this floor, facing the sea. If four bedrooms are not preferred, the third level can be converted into a “penthouse” design which gives the perfect privacy to the individual or loving couple.

Construction is carried out by one of the most reputable builders on Koh Samui using superior quality materials, adding to the value of the property. Exterior area of the villa provides ample space for parking of two or more vehicles, landscaping and garden. No other villa on Koh Samui is designed and built exactly to the perfection of these villas.
