Maintenance
Costs
A sinking fund of THB100,000 will be
obtained from each property, this is a one time payment only.
The initial maintenance charge of THB5,000 per month will be levied
from the date of completion. It includes the labour maintenance of
your pool and terrace.
Property
Management & Rental Management
A full
hotel management and booking service will operate through a
professional hotel management company. This will be real time and
linked into all the major travel and tour operator management
systems. The resort will be marketed worldwide at all major travel
shows.
Furniture
Package
A bespoke furniture package will be
available for all those wishing to participate in the rental scheme
and is priced at THB900,000 plus a THB350,000 dressing pack. This
will include everything you need to move into your new home
including TV, Hi-Fi, kitchenware and bed linen and dressing pack of
curtains, blinds and artwork. The furniture package is required if
the Villa is to be entered into the rental
pool.
Incomes and
Yields
Indicative incomes are
THB1,050,000 moving to THB1,445,000, the equivalent to net yields of
approximately 6.7% rising to 9% in year four of operation. These are
based on conservative figures.
