Stones & Tiling
Stone is variable depending on how it feels, on its structure or on the glistening mineral splinters in it. Combined with wood they reflect perfect tropical atmosphere and familiar, warm interior. For the covering of kitchen and bathroom first class ceramics tiles and/or Grey-tiles will be used. They both are extremely resistant and enduring and meet the highest quality standards.

Floors
Wood is the most sensual building material: nice and fragrant, good to feel and walk on. Applying wood at interior stakes advantage of its best characteristic: its provision of natural relations, of nice transitions between the diversely functioning spaces. Teakwood with its delicate lines and authentic colors offers exceptional patterns, and with its brighter and darker streaks accentuates dominant features of different rooms.

Doors and windows
The doorframes and window frames made of flimsy glimmering and gracefully poising teakwood catch and guide the eyes. Only materials with characteristic of the given climate and of high resistance will be applied. The superb quality of the materials is a result of their homogeneous structure, of drying them and leaving them rest for a while.

Bathrooms
Their cool elegance and playful design reflect minimalism. Simultaneous application of metal, wood and natural stones combined with the most professional technique ensures unparalleled comfort as these bathrooms are dedicated to radiate openness and familiarity.

Pools
When choosing pools not only the size was considered but also maximum utilization, taking into account the number of swimmers and optimal swimming surface. Biggest emphasis was laid on their outlay, shape and structure. They are organically embedded in the gardens with 14x8x6 size ideal for swimming. Selecting the L shape we managed to make a kids’ wading pool that is ideal also for sunbathing. Their tight waterline, turquoise colors remind one of the ocean's beauty. Due to their sunbathing area of natural stones and tropical wood they create a nice atmosphere.

Kitchens
Taking ergonomic aspects into consideration kitchens were chosen that are compatible with the individual demands of those using them. They are designed for comfortable work. Plenty of room for storage, areas for washing-up, preparation and cooking are all arranged to serve one's comfort.

Design of Gardens
The value of a high-standard environment keeps growing as it has a beneficial effect on our mood. The perfect garden is organically embedded in the construction layout forming one unit with it.The palms swaying in the warm breeze, the colorful tropical plants, chychasses and orchides are vital elements of the"Thai Dream Garden". The decision was in favor of a garden that carries the fingerprints of the culture of Far East, using "mai dat", plants that are similar to the Japanese bonsai yet different from it in their natural technique. The small still spectacular and exotic plants assure an undisturbed outlook on the garden. According to the fengshui applied here for centuries, the Kao Mor miniature plants can be referred to as axis of balance of the vitality-energy flow.
